Besides the professionals in ANSART, members in the team also comprise of post-graduate students and research assistants who are engaged either in the pursuit of post-graduate studies or are being employed to conduct research support in USM.

1. The modelling and simulation approach in transport planning and traffic/fleet management is an essential tool for many agencies and developers who are interested to understand present and future issues that they are or will be facing with respect to their development proposals. Modelling and simulation provides a fast and inexpensive method for evaluating issues and problems relating to traffic and transport.

2. Innovations and new technology provider is part of ANSART interest towards future expansions. At the moment ANSART is looking into;

• to better systemized the transport operational control by using his own RFID tools and features.
• introducing innovative public transport system for a better inclusive spatial.
• educating future generations into creative tech innovations; using "Raspberry Pi" and simple robotics application platforms.

3. The Project Management is part of ANSART specialties. Being in construction since the 90's had made ANSART to make a major come back by integrating findings of new technology, suitable system and effective planning before taking off into the total construction management control. For the case, ANSART will closely collaborate with his strategic alliance of construction consultant team.
