Initially  Ansart Sdn Bhd  (ANSART) was very much influenced by TMSU (Traffic Modelling Simulation Unit), her strategic partner from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).  ANSART was also purposely majored in the traffic and transport consultation and our group was known at the time as "Analytical Studies and Research in Transport and Traffic Team". ANSART as a team was established in 1992 by the name of Menara Segar Sdn Bhd (MSSB). MSSB at the time was a project development consultant which involved in the project planning, constructions, building technology, software development and traffic consulting. MSSB was among the first agent to introduce the AutoCAD tool through her associate partner, the Highway and Transport Group (HTRG) from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
